- A situation or a relationship that felt vital and alive, now feels dead and dried up
- An activity that has always gone well before goes suddenly and unexpectedly badly
- A person or organization you have always trusted proves to be untrustworthy
- An inexplicable or unforeseen problem crops up, at the worst possible moment, disrupting your life

When these endings appear, it’s a sign that you need to let go of something inner. You probably won’t know what that is.

### Caution
Transition is necessary inner work. Don’t make an external change in order to avoid it.
A classic example is leaving one intimate relationship and taking on a new one without doing the work to figure out your part in the dissolution of the first one.
