If the light is in a person addicted to their work and to making contributions to society, the shadow is carried by the spouse and/or children of that person. A couple of examples: Gandhi’ s son was addicted to alcohol. Einstein’s son had huge problem with depression and thoughts of suicide. “Great ones,” like Gandhi, Einstein and many others, are addictive personalities focused on work and often on creativity through work. If they are ultra-responsible, their spouse or child will carry the shadow of ultra-responsibility, which might be irresponsibility or perhaps playfulness. While therapists work to help people achieve balance, they’re often reluctant to mess with the “great ones” for fear that doing so means they’ll be taking riches from the [[Anima Mundi]] or world’s soul.
