Try to channel your breath so that it feels as if you’re breathing in to and out from your toes. - After focusing on toes for a few breaths, shift attention to the sole of your foot, the heel, the ankle etc up to your left hip. - Then same for right leg. Focus on each section for a few breaths - Then up through torso, abdomen, chest, back, shoulders - Down each arm to elbows, wrists, hands - Then neck and face - If attention wanders, guide back gently
