## Intention
Making space for ordinary human moments, and hopefully lots of simple pleasures.
Doing this through a sensory, experiential approach rather than a logical one.
## Process
Take three deep breaths to clear your mind.
Think of the most recent moment of joy/simple pleasure. Or it could be any other authentic feeling, positive or negative.
Write a single sentence about that moment.
Jeanette gives the example of "My mother's garden".
Then, using your senses, make a list of what was around you in that moment and what was going through your mind.
Jeanette's example: "hummingbird, fuchsia flowers, Audrey's swimsuit, the horse on the other side of the fence, sunlight on my shoulders, I want to live here again, should I throw all my journals away?, Can I live here again?"
In subsequent days and weeks, explore your list, maybe shape it a bit. Ask what it has to tell you about your life right now.
Jeanette's example: Returned her to her deepest longing which was to be closer to her family
