- Fear is focused on the present moment. It helps you to access your instincts, and pay attention to your environment. Questions to ask yourself are,
- What am I sensing?
- What action should be taken?
If the fear is anticipated, [[Anxiety]] helps with planning and preparation.
If the fear is dangerous, panic kicks in and prompts the fight, flight, or freeze instincts.

#### Reflection Questions
1. Think about situations where I have felt calm, intuitive, graceful, and grounded. What was it about these situations that kept my fear soft and free-flowing?
2. Now think about situations where I have felt restless, suspicious, and ungrounded. What was it about these situations that keep my fear more activated?
