### Find a Painting
Make a word pool of feeling words, going for opposites: psychotic/stable; frantic/calm; fragile/invincible; drab/vibrant…
Choose one of the feelings and look for it in any painting. Find a detail in the painting that seems to express the feeling. It could be a colour, a gesture, an object.
Example: Feeling is powerlessness. A grey cloud in a landscape painting might be described as dissolving, losing its shape.
### Mood Triggers
Describe exactly whatever triggered your mood (current, when you were in high school, when you woke this morning). What thing, person or situation? Write all of the details/colours/sounds and maybe you can trigger that mood in someone else.
