So a seed can be in any modality: - visual - auditory - tactile - kinesthetic - olfactory - gustatory - haptic — any two modalities together #### Traditional Seed The traditional seed is an image from a dream, daydream or vision. A dream image is an ideal seed because it is a message from the unconscious. Your ego is not present when you're dreaming so you're not tainting the seed with your conscious desires or memories. A dream image gives you the purest expression of your individual psyche. #### But Any of These Other Image Sources Can Work - tarot cards - religious art, icons, statues - literature - drama - an artwork - a piece of music
