Look through magazines, image sites on the internet, or your photos to find five images that appeal. There is no need to know the reason for your choices. Cut them out or print them out. Close your eyes and choose one. You’ve liked all of them so closing your eyes removes the dithering about which one you like the most. Glue it into the inspiration journal. Look at it for a while. On the facing page, answer these five questions: 1. What words pop into my mind when I look at the image? 2. What do I love most about this image? 3. What would this image say to me if it could speak? 4. How is this image helping me to heal? 5.
