After burnout it has been what I want. Before burnout, and especially when young, it is what I was. I still want vitality but actually think I have it. It's not Tigger vitality anymore. That energy, that manic energy, would make me anxious and crazy feeling. I'm thinking of Joanne saying that we are crones and therefore no longer beginners. I claimed that we are beginner crones and I think that's true. But Joanne is right too and it shows in my no longer desiring or being capable of Tigger energy!
